Reliability Guard
Capped continuity coverage for a named set of valuable workflows: monitoring, recovery practice, evidence, and bounded business-hours response.
What you receive
- Inventory and failure signals for the agreed workflow set
- Fail-visible monitoring for the agreed events and routes
- Monthly recovery drill with an evidence report
- Prioritized maintenance window and bounded business-hours incident triage
Acceptance
Each month is accepted when the scheduled checks and recovery drill are evidenced or explicitly blocked, the report is delivered, and any in-scope incidents are documented against the written response window.
Delivery
Three-month minimum. The proposal names workflow caps, severity definitions, business-hours response windows, maintenance timing, start date, and any added concurrency.
Best fit
A team has a small number of production workflows whose repeated failure would be costly, but does not need or want an unlimited retainer or 24/7 SLA.
What we need
One accountable technical contact, the named workflow set, current monitoring and access, severity definitions, maintenance constraints, and escalation contacts.
Not included
- Unlimited work, unbounded feature development, or staff augmentation
- 24/7 on-call coverage or guaranteed restoration times
- Penetration testing, certification, or legal and regulatory review
- Cloud usage, platform fees, licenses, or major rebuilds unless added in writing
Start with a bounded decision.
The cap is part of the product: named workflows, visible evidence, and a written response window make the service operable for both teams.
Prices are USD. No revenue, uptime, restoration, security, compliance, or business-performance result is guaranteed. Work begins only after the named system, access boundary, schedule, response window, and accountable contact are confirmed in writing.
