Failure Map
A three-business-day technical diagnosis for one costly AI, automation, integration, deployment, or workflow failure—before you commit to implementation.
What you receive
- Architecture and workflow inventory for the named failure
- Reproduction evidence or an exact blocked-state record
- Failure-chain analysis with ranked risks
- Sequenced repair plan with a fixed-scope recommendation
Acceptance
Accepted when every agreed diagnostic check has evidence or an exact blocked reason, and the risk-ranked repair plan is delivered.
Delivery
Three business days after access and the named failure are confirmed. The full fee may be credited to a Rescue Sprint booked within seven days of delivery.
Best fit
The failure is already costing time, revenue, or launch confidence, but the team needs proof of the real cause before authorizing a larger repair.
What we need
One accountable contact, one named failure, available logs or access, the business impact, and the decision deadline.
Not included
- Implementation or open-ended remediation
- Penetration testing or certification
- Third-party licenses, cloud usage, or data acquisition
- Revenue or performance guarantees
Start with a bounded decision.
Pay for the diagnosis, not a vague sales call. If the issue is not a fit after intake, NorthStar will refund rather than invent scope.
Prices are USD. No revenue, uptime, restoration, security, compliance, or business-performance result is guaranteed. Work begins only after the named system, access boundary, schedule, response window, and accountable contact are confirmed in writing.
