Commerce Activation Sprint
A fourteen-calendar-day activation sprint for one client-owned payment account, one sales model, and a catalog of up to twelve ready products or plans.
What you receive
- Catalog setup for up to twelve approved products or plans and one sales model
- One client-owned payment-provider integration with test checkout and signed-webhook handling
- Subscription customer portal when applicable to the agreed sales model
- Release evidence covering agreed checkout, cancellation, failure, duplicate-event, access, and delivery states
- Operator runbook and one recorded handoff
Acceptance
Accepted when every agreed catalog, checkout, signed-webhook, access, portal, and delivery-state check is evidenced or explicitly blocked, and the operator handoff is delivered.
Delivery
Fourteen calendar days after the signed scope, deposit, client-owned merchant account, final catalog, required access, fulfillment or delivery owner, and acceptance checks are confirmed. Remaining 50% is due on acceptance.
Best fit
A creator, small software company, or product team has an approved catalog and accountable commercial operators but needs the technical sales path built, tested, evidenced, and handed off.
What we need
One accountable contact, up to twelve approved products or plans, prices and currency, client-owned merchant account, final assets and copy, fulfillment or digital-delivery path, support and refund owners, launch date, and acceptance checks.
Not included
- Merchant identity, bank payout, tax setup or advice, legal terms, privacy review, or marketplace approval
- Inventory ownership, manufacturing, fulfillment operations, customer support, refunds, or dispute handling
- More than twelve products, multiple sales models, multiple payment providers, custom marketplace, or open-ended product development
- Third-party fees, paid apps, advertising, revenue guarantees, or regulated-claim approval
Start with a bounded decision.
Scope the accountable commercial owners before implementation. NorthStar builds and proves the agreed technical sales path; the client remains merchant, seller, rights owner, fulfillment operator, and customer-service authority.
Prices are USD. No revenue, uptime, restoration, security, compliance, or business-performance result is guaranteed. Work begins only after the named system, access boundary, schedule, response window, and accountable contact are confirmed in writing.
