NorthStar lists only work it can actually deliver. This page explains what qualifies for the store, how fulfillment works, and what happens when something needs attention.
What is actually for sale
Every product visible in the store has a verified digital-delivery package or an activated physical-fulfillment route. Concepts, review-only work, unavailable originals, and vendor-unconnected merchandise are not displayed as products for sale.
Delivery and physical fulfillment
Private digital orders are delivered manually after confirmed payment so paid files never become public static downloads. A physical product may appear only after inventory or a connected production vendor, packing, shipping cost, taxes, tracking, and return handling are recorded.
Corrections and cancellations
Contact NorthStar before fulfillment to request a cancellation review. Incorrect, damaged, or unreadable deliverables are reviewed for correction, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Purchases completed on an external marketplace also follow that marketplace's displayed terms.
