Refund Policy

No charge is due during the First Signal trial. Cancel before the exact trial-end time shown by Stripe to avoid the first $3.33 charge.

After conversion, canceling stops future renewals and access normally continues through the paid period. Routine partial-month refunds are not promised. Duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, service non-delivery, and rights required by applicable law are reviewed promptly through support.

Refunding a paid membership can revoke the related paid entitlement. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
