Privacy Policy

Stripe processes payment details. NorthStar should retain only the identifiers and event evidence needed to reconcile membership, prevent abuse, support cancellation, and respond to disputes. NorthStar does not need or store full card numbers.

Membership records

Records can include a Stripe customer/subscription identifier, plan, status, trial/period timestamps, campaign variant, webhook event hashes, and support history. Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, passwords, or unrelated sensitive data.

Retention and choices

Financial and consent records may be retained for legal, tax, fraud, and dispute obligations. Members may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible data through the published support contact; some transaction evidence must be retained.

RenalShield is a separate free educational companion. First Signal does not create a paid RenalShield health account or authorize clinical use.
